AGK INTL, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates KaloTopia, a consumer price-tracking and deal-discovery platform. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. 2. Scope

This Policy applies to all KaloTopia services, including the KaloTopia website at kalotopia.com, iOS and Android mobile applications, browser extensions, public APIs and developer integrations, push notifications, email alerts, and SMS communications, premium subscription services, affiliate and partner-referral services, and any future products or features we release.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account registration data (name, email address, password hash), product watchlists and price-alert preferences, payment or subscription billing information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), customer support communications and feedback, and user-submitted product URLs, reviews, and suggestions.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device identifiers, operating system, and browser type/version, IP address and approximate geolocation (city/region level), pages visited, clicks, referral URLs, and session duration, browser extension interactions and price-check events, app diagnostics, crash reports, and performance metrics, and cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies.

3.3 Information Received from Third Parties

Retailer product catalogs, pricing feeds, and promotional data, affiliate network conversion and commission data, analytics and measurement providers, advertising partners (for campaign attribution only), and social login providers, if you choose to authenticate via a third-party account.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide, operate, and continuously improve the Services; deliver personalized price alerts, deal recommendations, and product comparisons; process account registrations, subscriptions, and customer support requests; generate aggregate analytics for product development; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with applicable law and legal process; enforce our Terms of Service; and send transactional and promotional communications subject to your preferences.

6. Affiliate Marketing Disclosure

KaloTopia participates in affiliate marketing programs operated by retailers and affiliate networks. When you click a qualifying link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the objectivity of our price-tracking or comparison tools.

7. Advertising and Analytics

We work with third-party advertising and analytics providers who may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure engagement, attribute conversions, and deliver relevant advertisements. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings, browser privacy controls, or the opt-out mechanisms provided by participating networks.

We do not sell personal information. SMS/text-messaging consent and opt-in information are handled separately from the categories above. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

8a. SMS / Text Message Alerts

If you opt in to SMS alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated price-drop alert text messages from KaloTopia at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive texts is optional and is never a condition of creating an account, tracking an item, or any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. We use your mobile number solely to deliver the alerts you requested, and your opt-in data is not shared with third parties.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies required for the Services to function, functional cookies that remember your preferences, analytics cookies that help us understand usage patterns, and advertising/targeting cookies used for interest-based ads. You can manage cookies through our cookie preference center or your browser settings.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain your account, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
